Who it is for
Designed for this starting point.
Organizations certified to ISO 9001:2015
What we assume about your organization
- The organization holds a valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate and its system is in operation
- The organization asks the body for the transition audit date in week 1 and confirms it in writing in week 4, with Buenas Prácticas' support; the schedule is adjusted to that date
- Transition audits usually require a prior request and quotation to the body, and sometimes additional days; the organization arranges that contract with the body and Buenas Prácticas supports it
PHASED PLAN
Phases, milestones and decision gates
Top management follows results by phase, not chapter progress. Each phase closes with a gate: management decides, with criteria defined in advance, whether we continue or adjust. The external audit week is set by the certification body; the calendar with real dates is calculated backwards from that date.

SCOPE
Scope and conditions of this service
Not included
- The decision to certify or to maintain the certificate: it belongs exclusively to the certification body
- The certification body's fees or its audits, which the organization contracts and pays for
- Writing the system in place of the organization: the organization's teams own their processes, adapt the Buenas Prácticas base models and build their system; Buenas Prácticas provides models and guidance, and controls
- Investments in equipment, infrastructure, software or information systems that the management system requires
- Legal, regulatory or technical advice specific to the organization's sector
- Activities outside the plan: supplier audits, product or other-standard certifications, and queries outside the sessions and the weekly control
- Any assurance of a result in the certification body's audit
Rescheduling in this service
- Service A reserve weeks are S18 (before the internal audit) and S25 (before the transition audit)
- If the body cannot schedule the transition audit in week 26, the schedule shifts; weeks 19 to 25 are kept as preparation and reordered so that the internal audit and the management review keep recent evidence
