How we handle the personal data you leave on this site, under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.

1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this site is Ing. Freddy Brun – Buenas Prácticas (Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina). The address is provided on request through the contact asistentebp73@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect
- Site contact form: name, e-mail and message (required); company, phone and topic of interest (optional). They reach Buenas Prácticas’ mailbox by e-mail.
- Site assistant: name, e-mail, the conversation text, the topic and the day and time you propose for a meeting.
- E-mail or WhatsApp messages: whatever you send us.
- Technical data: your IP address is used temporarily to limit abuse of the assistant. The provider that hosts the site may log technical connection data.
- We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your messages.
3. What we use it for
We do not use your data for other purposes nor hand it to third parties for their own use.
- Answering your inquiry.
- Arranging an initial assessment, if you request one.
- Reviewing your application, if you apply to the Associate Consultants Program.
- Protecting the site against abuse.
4. Nature of your answers and consent
Required data is needed to be able to reply; the rest is optional. If the data you enter is inaccurate, we may not be able to reply.

5. Recipients and technology providers
Your data is received by Buenas Prácticas. To run the site we work with providers that host it, send the form notices by e-mail, provide the mailbox where we receive them and process the assistant’s conversations. Some may be located outside Argentina, so your data may be transferred abroad.

If you click links to third-party services (YouTube videos, Google calendar, WhatsApp), those services’ own policies apply.
6. How long we keep it
We keep data as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and, at most, TO BE CONFIRMED. Then it is deleted.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion provided in articles 14 to 16 of Law 25,326 by writing to asistentebp73@gmail.com. Access is free and may be exercised at intervals of no less than six months, unless you show a legitimate interest. We answer access requests within ten calendar days and rectification, updating or deletion requests within five business days of receipt.
You may ask at any time not to receive further communications.
8. Supervisory authority
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory body of Law 25,326, handles complaints about breaches of personal data protection rules. More information: argentina.gob.ar/aaip.
9. Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores a technical language preference in your browser. Embedded videos load from youtube-nocookie.com.
10. Security and changes
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No measure is infallible. We may update this policy; the current version is the one published on this page.
